My experience in the world of education spans more than forty years, beginning at Boston University as a career counselor. I then served as Assistant Dean of Students at Endicott College where I was in charge of all residence hall life and academic counseling. The majority of my career was spent, however, at the Manchester Essex Regional High School as a teacher, Assistant Principal and Director of Guidance. I created and administered an exemplary college advising program where well over 90% of the students went on to a wide variety of colleges all over the country and abroad.
For the past six years I served as the Director of College Counseling at the Waring School in Beverly, MA – building a college program from scratch and working with students, parents, and faculty on all aspects of the college process.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters in Education from Boston University in College Counseling and Administration.
